12:02 a.m. — Female motorist attempting to wave down passing cars on Interstate 5 near milepost 108, Myrtle Creek.

1:25 a.m. — Three male juveniles were in the caller’s yard shaking cans of spray paint in the 100 block of Umpqua View Drive, Roseburg.

3:23 a.m. — Female hit the caller with her guitar during a disturbance in the 400 block of Glide Loop Drive, Glide.

9:44 a.m. — Neighbors are fighting over a disagreement about the property line in the 2900 block of Reuben Road, Glendale.

3:34 p.m. — Small girl sitting on a rock in the middle of the rapids without a life jacket while a man in a blue kayak attempts to save her in the 1100 block of Old Garden Valley Road, Roseburg.

9:03 p.m. — Man walking along the river bank with a flashlight in the 300 block of Bailey Drive, Roseburg.

10:06 p.m. — Flashing lights that might be connected to an alarm system are flashing inside a home in the 100 block of Silverado Court, Roseburg.

ACCIDENTS

12:33 a.m. — Station wagoner partially blocking one lane of traffic near the intersection of Coos Bay Wagon Road and Flournoy Valley Road, Roseburg.

3:14 a.m. — Pickup truck on the side of the road with its airbags deployed on Highway 38 near milepost 8, Reedsport.

FIRES

6:14 p.m. — Trash can is on fire in the 600 block of Williams Road, Yoncalla.

ARRESTS

Douglas Interagency Narcotics Team

Cheynea Lynn Jones, 29, of Roseburg, on suspicion of second-degree theft, providing false information to a police officer, second-degree failure to appear, and three felony probation violations.
